These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the access and use of dFHE's decentralized infrastructure for Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) operations, including the dashboard, nodes, and all its components (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by dFHE (hereinafter referred to as "dFHE" or "our"). These Terms constitute an agreement between the customer (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your") and dFHE and govern Your access to and use of the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, You (1) accept and agree to these Terms and (2) consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and other handling of information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and account and for any and all activities that occur under Your Account.

You must keep Your Account's password safe and not share it with third-parties. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to Your Account. You agree to notify dFHE immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security.

dFHE may terminate the agreement and suspend or cancel Your Account in case of:

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent activity

  • Any other reasons that dFHE deems relevant
